Refund Policy

Because our golf balls are pre-owned and sold as-is, all sales are final on opened products. However, we have a 30-day policy for unopened, unused items in original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item or incorrect quantity, so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Opened bags of golf balls cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the unopened item and once accepted, make a separate purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unopened and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
